Acceptance of terms
By using MGK Logics software, including Hisabify ERP and NapAI — Pro Fabricator, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Subscription and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our software for illegal activities, distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or interfere with other users' access. Violation may result in account termination.
Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into our software. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your business data.
Limitation of liability
MGK Logics provides software on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software, including loss of profits or data.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of termination.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
